What Is Not Covered

Warranty does not cover:

  • Manufacturer defects

  • Physical damage by customers

  • Lightning or power surges

  • Flooding or natural disasters

  • Unauthorized system modifications


Warranty Claims

  2. Provide installation details

  3. Provide photos or videos where possible

Service Response

Warranty service requests are typically addressed within 24–72 hours, depending on location.

Solar System Maintenance

Regular maintenance ensures optimal solar system performance.


Recommended Maintenance

Customers are advised to schedule maintenance:
